Responsibilities & Context
- Over all responsible for feed formulation and nutrition related activities of Nabil Feed production.
- Find out scope and implement the development of Feed Products.b.
- Ensure standard quality of existing Feed products.
- Analyzing nutritional disorder if required.
- Working with clients to formulate diets that meet their requirements.
- Conduct Market Research before introducing any new Product.
- Ensure quality control & Nutrition of Raw materials and Feed.
- Maintain good relation with Agricultural regulatory authority.
- Ensure the improvement of process control of Feed production system.
- Product analysis, evaluation and stock management related to quality.
- Maintain records of all ingredients related to feed quality and nutrition.
- Provide technical support and Co-operation to the Sales team.
- Any other relevant tasks given by the management.

- Visit & meet the dealers & customers as frequently as possible.
- Developing and implementing sales process.
- Do the needful evaluation & research on the market trends.
- Ensure individual Sales of Feed Products as per the plan.
- Set up dealers/ Parties to maximize sales growth.
- Handling all dealers & customers with proper care.
- Receiving customer’s feedback/ problems and solving them without delay.
- Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management.
- Take special care to collect the dues without further/much delay.
- Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
